Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain databases, track engagement metrics, and support day-to-day business development tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support, managing emails.
  • Support grant applications, donor communications, and fundraising efforts.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and volunteer activities.
  • Maintain and update databases.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Experience managing Constant Contact and/or Monday.com, or similar platforms.
