The Supervisor, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution processes and dispenses or directly supports the processing and dispensing of Traditional and Over the Counter prescription orders to be mailed to patients' homes and handles complex and/or escalated issues. The Supervisor, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
The Mail Order Pharmacy Supervisor leads daily pharmacy distribution operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant prescription fulfillment. This role provides guidance and support to pharmacy team members, oversees workflow, resolves operational issues, and promotes a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
As the Supervisor, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution you will:
  • Supervise and support pharmacy support and technical associates in daily operations.
  • Coordinate prescription fulfillment and distribution activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards across the team.
  • Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance to team members.
  • Resolve escalated operational and process-related issues.
  • Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with dispensing and distribution activities.
  • Assist with prescription order entry and documentation, as permitted.
  • Communicate with prescribers' offices to clarify prescription information when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with DEA, CMS, federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit and quality requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and service.
  • Hold associates accountable for meeting established policies, procedures, and expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • 4 + years of related pharmacy/healthcare experience
  • Must have an active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of Arizona
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification, PTCB CphT
  • Previous supervisory experience

Additional Information
  • Hours of operations Monday- Friday 4:30am to 5pm
  • Normally 10 hours shifts, 4 days a week.
  • This is an Onsite Position: located at Riverside Distribution Facility 4302 W. Buckeye Rd. Ste. 109 Phoenix, AZ 85043
  • Occasional night or weekend shift may be required

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$59,300 - $80,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
