The College of Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences here at SC State University is seeking to hire a Professor of Psychology. The successful applicant should possess a Ph.D in psychology at the time of hire. The area of specialization is open. However, experience in teaching child psychology, psychology of personality, human sexuality, or social psychology is preferred. In addition, you must have experience in teaching core courses such as
  • General psychology,
  • Abnormal psychology,
  • Psychology of testing, and personality.

As a faculty member, the incumbent will participate in academic advisement, university and community service, and research and publication.
Minimum Requirements for Entry into Position:
