Client Services Associate
Location - Littleton, Colorado
Salary - Up To $70,000 depending on experience

Join a rapidly growing wealth management firm in Littleton, Colorado that combines a client-first mission with an exceptional team culture. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven Client Services Associate to serve as a primary touchpoint for our high-net-worth clients. This hybrid role offers direct mentorship, clear pathways for long-term career growth, and the flexibility of working both in-office and remotely.
Primary Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance. Prepare, process, and track crucial financial paperwork, including new account applications and asset transfers. Coordinate and schedule client review meetings, managing advisor calendars to maximize efficiency. Maintain flawless, compliant client records within the firm CRM and internal databases. Collaboratively resolve complex operational issues with custodians and third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications
Two plus years of operational or client service experience within wealth management, financial planning, or banking. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport. Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Proficiency with modern wealth management technology, financial software, and CRM platforms. Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
