Overall Function of a Retail Customer Service Representative (Cashier):

  • Customer Service Representatives champion the PGA TOUR Superstore 'Customer First' philosophy by providing a great checkout experience to every customer.
  • Customer Service Representative must be knowledgeable about all retail store programs and promotions and follow all related operational processes.

Qualifications of a Retail Customer Service Representative (Cashier):

  • Minimum 1 year cash handling and/or customer service experience
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
  • Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
  • GED or high school diploma.
