Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Human Service Worker at Aspire Academy in Orem, Utah, earning $17.50–$22.17/hour. In this rewarding role, you'll support adolescent females ages 12–17 in a structured, therapeutic residential setting. Many of the youth we serve are in state custody and are working through complex mental health challenges, including trauma, self-harm, substance use, and family disruption. You'll build meaningful relationships, provide compassionate support, and help create a safe, stable environment where clients can develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and work toward lasting recovery.
