Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. This role requires a proactive professional capable of handling various HR tasks while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and management, providing support in English and Spanish.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations as needed.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments and across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
