Job description

Summary: An Analyst HRIS Solutions Mgmt is an advanced-level professional responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations. This is a technical role that supports one or more HCM systems and/or modules that involves troubleshooting HRIS data, ensuring system accuracy, and developing reports to meet organizational needs. The Analyst HRIS Solutions Mgmt works closely with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors to configure systems, testing, implement system upgrades, manage data integration, and ensure the smooth operation of HR systems. They also provide training, create system documentation, and contribute to process improvements to enhance HR functions. This role will provide proactive system related solutions with a strong focus on continuous improvement, user experience, system adoption and data integrity. They will perform as project leads with Strong technical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and a deep understanding of HR processes are essential for success in this role.

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Kronos, including advanced configuration, integration, and optimization to support complex business processes.
  • Advanced analytical and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex system issues, influence decision-making through data insights, and guide solution design.
  • Trusted to manage and safeguard highly sensitive HR data, ensuring full compliance with data privacy laws and organizational policies.
  • Proficient in developing advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and HRIS-native tools, and capable of translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Leads or oversees system configuration and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies and stakeholder needs.
  • Manages and executes full-cycle system testing, including test planning, scenario development, UAT coordination, and issue resolution; ensures system integrity post-upgrade or release.
  • Proficient in utilizing HRIS platforms and tools, including HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI, and HCM extracts, for dataintegration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree information systems or related field or equivalent experience required.
    4 years of experience required.
  • Experience in implementation and/or maintenance of business systems 3-5 years preferred.
  • Kronos Workforce Dimensions certification a plus, or willing to obtain within first year of being in the position
    Oracle Cloud Certification a plus, or willing to obtain within first year of being in the position

  • Leads end-to-end solution, functional and technical support of the HRIS, including system implementation, configuration, data loads, reporting, custom objects, fast formulas, audit requests, and workflow administration.
  • Ability to understand Multi-Assignment, Multi-PSU HR Structures, Solid understanding of entire multi-state payroll processing cycle including but not limited to payroll taxes (Federal, State, Local, School District and Occupational ER), Gross to Net Calculations, Costing)
  • Configures solutions of increased complexity and testing, to meet ongoing business needs and generates data analytics reports to support HR Functions.
  • Oversees data integrity and system compliance by ensuring accurate processing in alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and data security/privacy standards.
  • Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.
  • Collaborates with HR Management and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops plans to enhance or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to align with business needs.
  • Leads the administration, testing, and deployment of HRIS releases and application upgrades, ensuring system readiness and alignment with business needs.
  • Conducts impact analyses, coordinates and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validates updates across HR solutions to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Develops and delivers user training, documentation, and hands-on support to drive successful adoption of system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Provides advanced solution support by diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, while delivering hands-on user training and guidance to ensure optimal system utilization and performance.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to define solution requirements, ensuring alignment and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. May be responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
