Job Summary
Senior Human Resource Manager - Irving Office
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for local leadership and employees at the Dallas Headquarters.
  • Provide guidance across core HR areas, including talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, workforce planning and organizational growth.
  • Maintain the HRIS system ensuring data accuracy including benefits and payroll administration
  • Support the implementation of HR programs that enhance engagement, culture, and productivity.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee-related matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and (US) HR colleagues to identify capability needs and support workforce development initiatives.

Global HR Projects - Rousselot Group
  • Act as an active contributor within the Global HR Team, supporting and initiating group-wide HR strategies and programs.
  • Lead or participate in global initiatives such as compensation and benefits, Job Architecture, Succession Planning, HR process improvements, Talent development and Learning and change management.
  • Support global standardization and integration efforts while ensuring local needs are aligned and represented.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of global employee experience initiatives and talent programs.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues worldwide to share best practices and strengthen HR excellence across all regions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities and exposure to multiple HR domains.
  • Proven experience in US labor legislation, compensation and benefits structures and employee relations

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • SHRM-SCP and/or HRCI certification
  • Experience working for an International company
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and tools such as Mercer
  • Experience with Oracle HCM
