Employee Relations & HR Business Partnership
  • Processing all personnel actions and ensuring proper
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance management, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations involving employee complaints, misconduct, policy violations, attendance issues, and workplace concerns.
  • Recommend appropriate corrective actions and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Coach managers on employee development, performance improvement, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
  • Create and manage job postings utilizing multiple recruitment channels, including social media platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer administration.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientation programs.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.

Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
  • Conduct annual salary surveys and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Analyze compensation data and assist in developing annual merit increase recommendations and salary budgets.
  • Partner with external compensation vendors and consultants to support market pricing and compensation analysis.
  • Support performance review cycles and talent management initiatives.
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, vendor management, and annual benefits reviews.
  • Recommend enhancements to compensation and benefits programs based on market trends and business needs.

Executive Communications & Employer Branding
  • Support Human Resources leadership in preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and business reviews.
  • Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Create and distribute monthly employee newsletters, HR communications, and organizational announcements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media platforms and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking related to workforce trends, compensation practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to promote company culture, employee engagement, and organizational communication initiatives.

HR Systems, Compliance & Process Improvement
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS platforms.
  • Train managers and employees on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Support HR process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with policy development, implementation, and maintenance of employee handbook updates.
  • Establish and maintain organizational charts, employee directories, HR records, and departmental reports.
  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and other regulatory activities as required.

Multi-Site HR Support
  • Provide Human Resources support across multiple locations and shifts.
  • Build strong partnerships with operational leadership and employees throughout the organization.
  • Travel to various locations to support recruiting, investigations, training, employee engagement initiatives, and business operations.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, workforce planning discussions, and organizational development initiatives across facilities.
