We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused Human Resources Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to grow a career in Human Resources.

What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll support the employee experience from the moment a candidate applies through onboarding and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating recruiting efforts by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assisting with onboarding to ensure new employees have a welcoming and organized first-day experience.
  • Preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding materials.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assisting employees with benefits questions and HR-related requests.
  • Supporting employee recognition programs, company events, and internal communications.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and onboarding logistics for new hires when needed.
  • Assisting with HR projects, process improvements, and day-to-day administrative support.
