Job description

The Human Resources Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization, collaborates with Area Leaders to facilitate HR Processes. This position partnership across the assigned areas to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management and employees that reflect business needs, ensures compliance with employment laws, managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment and onboarding, administering benefits, and supporting various HR initiative to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Serve as a primary liaison to the assign area leaders to support engagement activities, culture change and employee relations aspects. Lead activities when necessary.
  • Become a key partner for area leaders in HR processes such as, but not limited: talent management, performance management and compensation cycles.
  • Implements and monitors Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws and competitiveness, recommending changes to the Manager Human Resources.
  • Working closely with HR Manager to provide clear and concise communication of policies and procedures to ensure a customer driven environment.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and recommend on time solutions in compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Lead area initiatives to support a positive employee relations environment.
  • Become a trust business partner for employees and leaders.
  • Provide support to assign area with all recruitment efforts and manning analysis.
  • Provide on time reports and metrics as needed such as metrics, case analysis, demographic and headcount, turnover, among others.
  • Complete attendance analysis following Attendance and Punctuality process.
  • Keep track on different site protocols, such as but not limited to; domestic violence.
  • Provides support in the Benefits Administration, such as retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits, including open enrollment and life event changes and accommodations.
  • Lead other tasks or Special Projects within the Human Resources function.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management is preferred
  • 2-3 years HR experience(required)
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
  • Proven time management skills: ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional judgment and common sense, demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing employee-centric solutions
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred
  • Availability to support HR activities during the night and weekend shifts as needed
