The OpportunityCPR offers a structured Human Resources Internship for students seeking academic credit or practicum hours in a professional nonprofit healthcare environment.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations while supporting a mission-driven organization serving the Baltimore community. Interns will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience in nonprofit healthcare administration.
What You’ll DoSupport recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with personnel records management and documentation
Participate in HR policy review and updates
Provide compliance and administrative support
Help track HR data and support reporting needs
Internship duties may be tailored to meet academic program requirements.
