Job Description

This role serves the HR community on process, policy, data, and other requests. Some key job responsibilities are: - Providing policy and practice guidance to Employees, Managers, and HR through a case management and phone system - Running standard reports; creating and delivering more complex reports - HR system support and consultation including data entry, troubleshooting, data integrity, mass data uploads - Supporting the Payroll process - Supporting finance, including organization maintenance - Compensation support including job code maintenance, reporting, mid-year & year-end cycle support - Supporting key HR processes such as onboarding and off-boarding, employment verification, position management

Qualifications

Qualifications: Customer service experience 3 or more years of general HR experience Must be comfortable working with HR applications Must be comfortable with Excel and the entire MS Office suite Ability to recognize situations requiring escalation Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a high volume environment without sacrificing quality Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills Strong oral communication skills Strong listening skills Strong customer service focus Education: Bachelors preferred
