Position Summary

As an HR Operations Associate, you will assist in the efficient and smooth operational functioning of the Human Resources Operations department and will also provide support to factory or corporate functions. This will include responding to routine HR inquires, providing system expertise and acting as a trustworthy liaison between other HR Centers of Excellence functions, as well as coordinating various projects. You will process employee lifecycle transactions, pay change information, and other confidential forms and records. You will also maintain and distribute policy and procedures and other communications as appropriate.
  • Transacts all employee lifecycle activities within required timeline, including (but not limited to) the following: completion of job requisitions, new hire onboarding presentation, job changes/position transfers, organization structure management, end of employment and retirement coordination and paperwork, etc.
  • Perform routine/general transactions and correspondence based on customer requests/requirements.
  • Supports assigned client groups and projects by managing a high-volume workload that includes requisition creation, mass template creation, and HR case submission.
  • Routinely communicate with HR department contacts, attends team calls, assists with reporting, and supports escalations as needed.
  • Coordinates electronic file activities, partners with Nestlé Business Services, and is a primary contact for process-related questions.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates departmental processes as needed.
  • Complete additional projects assigned by Manager, including technical testing, scorecard maintenance, periodic or special report analysis, and support the HR Operations team with regular reporting projects.
  • Functions as a communication liaison; identify and share departmental issues, concerns, and needs with Senior HR Leadership, Factory HR, and other HR associates regarding potential enhancements to current HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in the field of HR Operations in a corporate, manufacturing, or related environment

Other
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in SAP or SuccessFactors preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $54,170.00 - $77,370.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
