Summary of Objective:
The Human Resources Manager partners with the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Team, and site leadership to proactively manage and deliver human resources strategies, processes and services and executes our people initiatives and drives HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide a one-stop shop to business leaders and provide people-related solutions to drive high performance in the department and to ensure exemplary customer service and professional responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with key management and provide strategic leadership and guidance regarding all human resource aspects of the company's policies, objectives, and initiatives in an effort to build, develop and retain a diverse and highly qualified workforce.
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communication and coordinating requirements; evaluating optional courses of action and changing assumptions and direction.
  • Drive strategy and partner with the team to deliver results by providing expertise, guidance, and tactical execution in the areas of talent management, performance, career development, succession planning, compensation guidance, employee relations, employee retention, engagement and leadership effectiveness issues.
  • Focus HR initiatives to meet operational goals and business objectives, managing the day-to-day HR activities.
  • Mentor, develop and coach staff providing guidance, leadership and coaching to achieve results.
  • Provide HR expertise to all levels of management and employees. Address root cause of issues and resolve through systematic and analytical approach, including investigations.
  • Lead with a "true hands-on" approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key metrics.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses human resources challenges and opportunities, which may affect the execution of the business plans.
  • Has an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in daily operations.
  • Ability to support a manufacturing environment that has multiple shifts. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, policies, procedures, rules.
  • Attendance at work is an essential function of this position.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the leader.

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
