REPORTS TO: HR Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Employee Records Management
    • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
    • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data
  • Recruitment Support
    • Post job openings on various platforms
    • Screen applicants and schedule interviews
    • Act as primary contact for applicant communication
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Prepare and send formal offer letters to candidates
    • Manage onboarding process for direct-care employees
    • Process background checks and pre-employment paperwork
    • Process exit paperwork and collect company property
  • Training & Certifications
    • Regularly audit expiring certifications and launch renewal tasks
    • Send email reminders to complete assigned training
    • Track and upload completion of training and certifications.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Manage monthly awards and announcements
    • Manage new hire announcements
    • Assist with planning and executing employee events (i.e., holiday party)
    • Assist with planning and executing employee initiatives and recognition (i.e., birthdays, work anniversaries, trivia, newsletter, etc.)
  • Other General Duties
    • Act as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries
    • Help resolve minor issues or escalate them to the HR Director
    • Cover the front desk when administrative assistants are out of office
    • Oversee South Campus Fob System
    • Maintain HR Calendar
