JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding for student and full time employees.
  • Process employment and payroll forms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enter and update employee information in Human Resources and Payroll systems.
  • Verify employment documentation and assist with I-9, tax, and direct deposit paperwork.
  • Support payroll preparation by reviewing timesheets, tracking deadlines, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, employment forms, and HR policies.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Assist with special HR and payroll projects as assigned.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
