The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor to the Digital Technology leadership team, guiding innovative workforce strategies, leadership development, and aligning HR strategies to business priorities and transformation. The HR Business Partner translates strategies into actionable solutions, enabling leaders to achieve their objectives while building workforce capability, engagement, and readiness.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, influencing workforce strategies to meet business objectives
  • Partner with leaders on talent planning, performance management, succession planning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Assess workforce readiness and cultural impact of major initiatives; identify risks and mitigation strategies
  • Translate data and emerging trends into business impact
  • Offer insights & actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities & team performance 
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business environment to proactively address challenges & opportunities within Raytheon and Enterprise Services
  • Collaborate with HR Center of Expertise (CoEs), HR peers, and business leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across the function including communications, training, and capability-building.
  • Drive adoption of new operating models, workforce strategies, and ways of working to align with enterprise objectives and transformation roadmaps
  • Deliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Qualifications You Must Have

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
