Illuminus is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. $70,000 - $90,000 (Higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience)
Summary
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective department/facility leadership
  • Work with leadership and staff to implement effective transitions including the separation and exit interview process
  • Consult with management providing human resource guidance when appropriate to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied
  • Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Identify training needs for department/facility(ies) and individual leadership coaching
  • Provide oversight of talent acquisition and onboarding process. Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and providing advice/recommendation to management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Additional human resources activities and other duties as needed.
  • Up to 40% day travel.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
  • 4-6+ years' progressive human resource experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required.
  • Advanced degree and/or HR certification(s) preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Power Point, and Access; Paylocity or other HRIS
