Job Description:

Director, HR Program Delivery - SLC Management

What is in it for you:

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Program Delivery Lead is accountable for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives. Working across senior leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the Program Delivery Lead will drive alignment, mitigate risks, enable decision-making, and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of transformation outcomes that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

What you will do:

Drive Transformation Efforts

  • Work closely with SLC HRBP & COE leaders across the platform to build and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and governance model
  • Track progress, surface risks and issues early, and drive decisions to keep the program on track
  • Own transformation reporting: status updates, executive dashboards, steering committee materials
  • Coordinate workstream leads across org design, process harmonization, systems/technology, culture, and people transition, ensuring consistent execution standards
  • Lead change management strategy: stakeholder impact assessments, communications planning, training/enablement, and adoption measurement
  • Anticipate resistance points across merging entities and build mitigation plans tailored to different cultures and legacy structures
  • Support workforce planning and transition activities tied to transformation initiatives together with HR, COEs, and business leaders where needed
  • Navigate competing priorities and differing organizational cultures with diplomacy and influence, without formal authority
  • Act as an escalation point for issues that require leadership-level visibility or intervention

Head of HR support

  • Act as a trusted advisor and execution arm to the leader, helping to deliver strategic priorities, decisions, and messaging
  • Prepare briefing materials, executive presentations, and key support materials on behalf of leadership
  • Serve as a key liaison between the HR leadership team, and cross-functional partners (Business, Finance, IT, Legal, Communications)
  • Represent the Head of HR in select HR forums, ensuring continuity and follow-up on commitments
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across all entities

What you need to succeed:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience spanning HR, organizational transformation, business operations, or management consulting
  • Prior consulting background strongly preferred (e.g., strategy, HR transformation, change management, org design)
  • Demonstrated PMO/program management experience on large-scale, cross-functional transformations, ideally including M&A integration or entity consolidation
  • Strong grounding in core HR disciplines: org design, workforce planning, change management, talent
  • Executive presence with the ability to build credibility quickly with C-suite and senior leaders
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrixed, multi-entity environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complexity into clear executive narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus

The base salary range for this Director-level role is $110,000-$150,000 CAD.

The upper end of the posted range reflects compensation levels applicable to Senior Director roles.
