Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategic HR plans.
  • Oversee benefits management and promote their value to attract and retain talent.
  • Champion our culture, ensuring effective communication and performance alignment.
  • Monitor and improve performance and productivity.
  • Supervise and direct HR processes, including recruiting, retention, training, performance management, compensation, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Support team members and advise managers on employee matters.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and their implications.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize the operational budget strategically.
  • Conduct data and statistical analyses to address company needs in training and compensation.
  • Manage competitive wage and salary structures to attract top talent.
  • Analyze societal trends affecting HR.
QualificationsRequirements:
  • Experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • Demonstrated career progression and team management experience.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
