  • Lead ADP Lyric cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple functions, facilitating decisions, resolving competing priorities, removing barriers, and holding stakeholders accountable for agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Lead data cleansing, conversion validation, testing, issue resolution, change control, readiness reviews, and module go-live planning.
  • Establish governance for system access, data quality, privacy, documentation, release management, and enhancement prioritization.
  • Build adoption through role-based training, clear communications, job aids, office hours, and a sustainable support model for employees, leaders, and HR practitioners.
  • Evaluate system performance and user feedback; maintain a prioritized project roadmap that increases automation, improves the employee experience, and reduces administrative effort.
Employee Benefits Leadership
  • Provide enterprise-wide leadership and oversight of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and related offerings.
  • Evaluate benefit program performance, utilization, competitiveness, employee experience, and cost trends; recommend data-informed improvements to plan design and funding.
  • Manage Benefits Coordinator team; assess team structure, roles, workload, and capabilities; recommend and implement changes needed to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee experience aligned with the company’s mission to be an employer of choice.
  • Lead annual planning and renewal activities, partnering with brokers, consultants, carriers, administrators, Finance, Payroll, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely eligibility, enrollment, deductions, carrier feeds, reconciliations, life-event processing, leave coordination, and vendor issue resolution.
  • Direct annual enrollment strategy, configuration, testing, communications, decision support, and employee education.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements and coordinate required notices, filings, audits, testing, and plan documentation with internal and external experts.
  • Establish service-level expectations and performance measures for brokers, carriers, recordkeepers, and administrators; hold partners accountable for results.
  • Develop clear, inclusive benefits communications that help employees understand and use their programs effectively.
HR Administration, Data, and Operations
  • Set standards for accurate, timely, and consistent HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job and pay changes, leaves, records collection, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Strengthen controls, documentation, audit readiness, records practices, and separation of duties across HR processes.
  • Create dashboards and recurring reporting for workforce, benefits, service delivery, adoption, data quality, and project performance.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify process gaps, redesign workflows, and implement scalable solutions that support community operations.
  • Safeguard confidential employee information and promote appropriate access, privacy, and security practices.
Leadership and Partnership
  • Build strong partnerships with community and Home Office leaders to understand operational needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure HR systems and administrative practices effectively support leaders and employees.
  • Partner with HR leadership to translate organizational and people strategies into scalable systems, processes, service models, and operating practices.
  • Prepare concise recommendations, risk assessments, status reports, and decision materials for senior leaders and governance groups.
  • Create a culture of strong customer service, shared accountability, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving across HR Administration and Benefits.
  • Model accountability, collaboration, discretion, continuous improvement, and Áegis Living’s commitment to caring for employees who care for residents.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ten or more years of progressive experience in HR operations, HR systems, benefits, payroll-adjacent administration, or related disciplines, including significant leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success leading a complex enterprise HCM implementation or major transformation; direct ADP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Substantial experience administering multi-state employee benefits and managing relationships with brokers, carriers, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators.
  • Strong project and change management capability, including governance, requirements, testing, risk management, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption.
