THE WORK
This Program Manager role will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance supporting the F-35 Training Production and Site Activation portfolio. This Program Manager role will have program execution, capture, and proposal responsibilities. The position will work closely with the Production and Site Activation Program Management Senior Manager and Program Management team, functional managers, engineering, production operations, and the customer to manage the day-to-day program and proposal performance. The individual will develop and execute program strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve business objectives and meet customer requirements. The position will be responsible for proposals, execution, and team development. The selected individual needs to proactively work across all the multi-functional stakeholder team to ensure timely execution of program activities and demonstrate highly collaborative and effective communication skills with leadership. The role includes fostering relationships with other business areas to ensure strong execution on existing business as well as planning for future growth.
