At DeZURIK, our HR team plays a critical role in how we attract, hire, and develop talent across multiple sites. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Intern who's excited to help modernize our recruiting systems, enhance our candidate experience, and build tools that make hiring more effective and scalable.
In this role, you'll work directly with our Talent Strategy & Engagement team on high-impact projects tied to our applicant tracking system and careers experience. You'll help shape how candidates interact with DeZURIK, while building practical HR skills in systems, process design, and talent acquisition.
What You'll Do
  • Support updates and improvements to our careers page and job posting content
  • Help standardize recruiting templates, tools, and candidate communication
  • Assist with ATS setup, testing, and documentation to support implementation
  • Organize and maintain recruiting resources to improve consistency and efficiency
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
  • Interest in HR, recruiting, systems, or process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on projects
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule
This role is expected to work 30-40 hours per week during the summer, with the possibility of continuing at approximately 20 hours per week during the academic year.
DeZURIK offers a competitive wage of $20.00 per hour for this role.
