The position is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you can effectively engage with clients and colleagues. • Deliver individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting techniques to suit varying client presentations and emotional landscapes.
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary care teams to set actionable treatment goals and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by refining therapeutic approaches based on client feedback, outcome measures, and evolving best practices.
• Maintain meticulous client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring documentation aligns with legal standards and reflects the progress and challenges faced during therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques tailored to each unique situation.

Our client base consists of individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the chance to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, offering tailored therapeutic solutions that address their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong clinical assessment skills coupled with proven therapeutic intervention methods that foster engagement and growth.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a deep capacity for empathy and understanding.
• A demonstrated capacity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote trust and openness.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, preferably in a telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package including comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and an employer-supported 401(k) retirement plan.
