Director of Human Resources

Sierra Lakes Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and serve as a key member of our leadership team. This critical role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Human Resources Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business objectives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff regarding employee relations matters.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior-level Human Resources leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices.

  • Experience with recruiting and HR systems, including Viventium, Smartlinx,E-verify

  • Demonstrated success managing performance management programs and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
