Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, the Employee Experience Lead is responsible for bringing our culture and employee experience to life across the organization.

This role leads and delivers key employee experience initiatives and is responsible for translating employee experience and culture priorities into actionable programs, communications, and tools. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, highly organized, and able to turn ideas into meaningful, well-executed experiences that resonate with employees and drive meaningful impact on employee engagement and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own and lead employee experience initiatives from planning through execution, including large-scale programs such as employee appreciation initiatives, recognition campaigns, and key employee moments.

·       Develop clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure programs are executed effectively and on time.

·       Partner with and activate the Culture Committee network to support implementation of initiatives at the local level and gather feedback to continuously improve programs.

·       Develop and deliver leader toolkits, guides, training materials, and resources that enable operational leaders to effectively implement initiatives within their teams.

·       Lead the execution and enhancement of recognition programs, including campaigns, awards, leader engagement, and strategies to drive adoption and participation.

·       Support the launch and execution of employee engagement and lifecycle surveys, including communications, participation tracking, and follow-up. Analyze employee insight data (e.g., engagement surveys, recognition trends) to identify key themes and translate insights into actionable improvements.

·       Develop and execute internal communications and campaigns to support initiatives across multiple channels (e.g., email, internal platforms, toolkits), ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and drives participation.

·       Support employer branding efforts to promote a positive perception among potential candidates.

·       Develop project plans and timelines, partnering with HR, Operations, and Marketing to ensure initiatives are delivered with consistency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

 

·       5–8 years of experience in employee experience, HR programs, internal communications, engagement, or a related field

·       Proven experience owning and executing programs or initiatives from concept through delivery

·       Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

·       Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences

·       Experience with employee engagement or recognition platforms
