For 17 years, All American Water Restoration, Inc. has been training and growing individuals' careers in the water damage and reconstruction business. The Carpet Cleaning Technician is the primary technician responding to requests for emergency mitigation services.

Job Duties:

  • Use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery.
  • Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles
  • Conducting moisture readings and assessments
  • Creating and implementing drying plans
  • Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines
  • Maintaining photographic and written documentation
  • Warehouse organization and maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must be reliable, driven, and willing to be part of a team.
  • Ability to work on-call schedule nights and weekends, when needed.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.
  • Ability to climb and work while on a ladder. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds, with the ability to lift and move 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environment.
  • Basic understanding of technology and computer skills.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
