Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Sam's Talent Management leads the execution of strategic talent initiatives by managing key initiatives, overseeing project timelines, and consulting with key stakeholders to align talent strategies with Sam's Club business priorities and outcomes. This role is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of future-focused talent strategies which will fuel Sam’s Club’s business transformation. Specifically, this involves identifying differentiating skills and capabilities that will drive the Sam’s Club business today and into the future, assessing and developing talent against those skills, and building talent planning and succession practices across the organization to ensure strong and healthy pipelines.

This team drives strategic initiatives that enhance workforce planning, talent development, and change management. What you'll do...
- Partner with Sam's leadership and partners to execute talent strategies across a portfolio of standard run the business processes and transformation focused projects/initiatives.
- Utilize data and AI to generate insights that inform Sam's talent strategy and measures impact/outcomes. Analyze succession pipelines, assessments and talent movements to anticipate talent needs and flag risks.
- Educate partners on talent practices, making sure they follow the enterprise and guidance from the enterprise and be able to adjust when needed per market/segment needs.
- Assist with rollout of talent initiatives end to end, in partnership with the owners in our team across markets and segments.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
