While the census continues to grow, we are not able to turn away patients for care despite our staff being stretched in order to handle this new growth. In order to address our community needs, new units have been opened to care for the overflow of patients and due to this our internal and interim staff have been and will continue to be expected to support in our most urgent units as needed. Please note that this is not new as our work order descriptions in Fieldglass do state “may need to travel to other units or campuses as needed”. We understand this is a dissatisfier to some of our agency staff we are doing our best to communicate any adjustments as early as possible as well as scheduling out as far as we are able on some of these urgent units.
