- JV Recruiting Assistant; On Campus Visits
- Assistant Administrator to Varsity Team
- Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Community Relations Coordinator/Service Project Manager, NAIA Coaches
  • Women's JV Coach
    • Schedule & Plan practices
      • Work closely with coaches to create the best possible outcome for the student athletes
      • Meet every 2 weeks with full women volleyball staff
      • Must attend all JV practice & matches
      • Act as CU van driver when needed
        • Pass CU driving test by August 1st
    • Create JV open gyms and team workouts (Spring & Summer)
  • JV Recruiting Coordinator
    • Recruit a roster of 16-18 women's junior varsity players
    • Organize recruiting submissions and communicate effectively with varsity head coach and recruits
      • Weekly update Microsoft Teams Sheets (Shared Document)
      • Meet every 2 weeks with full women volleyball staff - Update recruiting
    • Aid recruits through the CU acceptance & financial aid process
  • Utilize University Athlete, Hudl, Field Level, NCSA, Be Recruited, International Recruiting Services, etc.
  • JV Campus Visit Coordinator
  • Work in contact with CU athletic admissions staff to ensure campus tour, finical aid visit, admissions conversation, etc.
  • Arrange a team practice and/or athletic facilities tour
  • Arrange for a practice, open gym, or workout
  • Assistant to Varsity Team
    • Track "Make your Mark" Points (Excel) - Submit player of the week to SID office Monday
    • Aid in Prepping for away Matches
  • Set-up & Take Down - HUDL Camera for away matches & VolleyMetrics for home matches
  • Plan and Manage CU Fall Festival - Theme, decorations, set-up, & teardown
  • Academic Monitor
    • Study Hall Monitor
      • Fall - 2 hours each week for Freshman and students below 2.5 GPA
      • Spring - Those under requirements; having a 2.5 GPA at semester and/or a D or below in a current course
    • Collect Grade Reports
      • 4 a year/2 each semester
      • Discuss Results with full staff
  • Assist with Strength, Conditioning, & Nutrition Coordination
    • Work with varsity head Coach to create workout plan and implement workouts into practice plans
    • Create JV open gyms and team workouts (Spring)

Secondary

  • Assist with Team Bonding Activities & Community Service Endeavors
  • Aid in creating team faith development through banding activities
  • Work closely with coaching staff to design "culture workshops" for the JV program
  • Manage all community service projects with JV teams
    • Goal: 2 a year & 1 a semester
  • Attend any/all mandatory athletic & university sponsored events
