Job description

We are currently taking applications for a full time HUD Property Manager at our Luther Crest facility in New Market, VA. The Property Manager will direct and oversee the daily operations of a 39-room HUD facility. Duties include:

  • Management of HUD regulatory requirements
  • Manage refurbishing of apartments to ready for move ins
  • Manage waiting list & applicant qualification
  • Investigate/resolve resident and/or family complaints and concerns
  • Other duties related to quality assurance and compliance

Background/Drug tests required.
