Position Summary

The RevOps Analyst supports the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of LSPedia's HubSpot platform. Working closely with the VP of Sales Operations, this role is responsible for CRM data quality, workflow execution, reporting support, user administration, and process automation. The ideal candidate can work independently, and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining CRM systems while ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Support

  • Support the administration of HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, Commerce and Content Hubs), and related tools, determining configuration approach based on business needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain properties, forms, lists, workflows, pipelines, and user permissions, selecting the approach that best balances data integrity, usability, and scale.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment of new HubSpot features and enhancements.
  • Diagnose root cause anddetermineresolution path foruser-reported CRMissues and provide ongoing support to internal teams.

Data Management & Quality

  • Perform regular CRM audits to identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
  • Execute data cleansing, normalization, enrichment, and segmentation activities.
  • Manage contact, company, and deal imports, exports, and updates.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM data quality standards and governance policies.

Workflow & Automation Support

  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead routing processes, notifications, and automated tasks.
  • Assist with lead scoring, lifecycle stage management, and campaign automation.
  • Assessautomation performanceagainst goalsand troubleshoot workflow issues.
  • Document processes andmaintainworkflow inventories.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Support campaign performance tracking, lead management reporting, and CRM analytics.

• Validate data accuracy and reporting consistency across the organization.

AI & Innovation

  • Identifyopportunities to integrate AI capabilities into sales and marketing workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Stay current on HubSpot's evolving AI roadmap and proactively recommend features for evaluation and deployment, structure and run PoC implementations.
  • Serve as an internal resource on CRM-adjacent AI tools, including prospecting intelligence platforms, revenue forecasting tools, and AI-driven sales engagement software.
  • Support theevaluationand integration of third-party AI tools that connect with or complement the HubSpot ecosystem.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support CRM-related initiatives.
  • Design and leaduser onboarding and training on HubSpot best practices.
  • Support integration management and data synchronization efforts with connected systems.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Performance Expectations

  • Maintainhigh levelsof CRM data accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure workflows and automations function reliably and efficiently.
  • Deliver timely completion of assigned CRM projects and support requests.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and dashboard functionality.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.

• HubSpot certifications preferred, including Marketing Software, Sales Software, CRM Data Management, Operations Hub, or Revenue Operations.

• Experience with CRM data cleansing, deduplication, segmentation, and governance.

• Strong experience creating and maintaining HubSpot workflows and automations.

• Experience performing large-scale data imports, exports, updates, and manipulation.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and spreadsheet-based data analysis.

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Standard office environment.

• Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or training.

• Employee must be authorized to work in the U.S.
