Job description

Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Expansion

About Curve Dental:

Curve Dental is looking for a skilled and driven individual to join our team! Curve provides Dental Practices with award winning software and high-level customer support. Our software allows dentists to manage their full business including patient scheduling, billing, imaging and record keeping.

Beyond the day to day business we are committed to building a work environment where employees feel safe and appreciated for their contributions. We value our team's individual and combined success, and we have fun along the way!

Curve Dental is looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Expansion to help us build stronger, more valuable relationships with our customers.

This is an opportunity to shape how we engage customers throughout their journey—from onboarding and adoption through expansion and advocacy. You’ll develop programs that help customers get more from the solutions they already use, introduce them to new ways we can support their practices and turn strong customer relationships into measurable growth.

You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing to uncover customer needs and growth opportunities, then translate them into thoughtful, targeted campaigns. While Curve Dental will be the primary focus, you’ll also have visibility into and opportunities to support initiatives across our broader portfolio of dental technology brands.

The ideal candidate is an experienced customer marketer who can see the big picture, build the strategy and roll up their sleeves to bring it to life.

What You’ll Do
Lead Customer Marketing and Expansion

  • Own customer marketing strategy and programs that support engagement, product adoption, retention, cross-sell, upsell and advocacy.

  • Develop segmented campaigns across key moments in the customer journey, from onboarding and adoption through renewal, expansion, referral and advocacy.

  • Build an integrated customer communications calendar across products, audiences and channels.

  • Turn customer insights, adoption gaps and business priorities into clear campaign strategies, messaging, offers and success measures.

Drive Adoption and Customer Growth

  • Lead campaigns that help customers discover and adopt relevant products, features, integrations, services and add-on solutions.

  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales and Product to identify priority segments, lifecycle triggers and expansion opportunities.

  • Develop targeted emails, newsletters, webinars, landing pages, promotions and enablement materials that demonstrate value and inspire action.

  • Create programs that re-engage underutilizing customers and help them realize greater value from their investment.

  • Strengthen customer advocacy through referrals, reviews, testimonials, case studies and event participation.

Create Compelling Customer Communications

  • Make complex products and capabilities clear, relevant and persuasive.

  • Write and edit communications across email, web, events, product launches, lifecycle campaigns and customer stories.

  • Adapt messaging, proof points and calls to action for different audiences, products, lifecycle stages and objectives.

  • Equip customer-facing teams with messaging, talk tracks and campaign resources that support adoption and expansion conversations.

  • Maintain a high standard of clarity, consistency, accuracy and brand quality.

Measure, Improve and Scale

  • Establish goals and KPIs and measure performance across engagement, adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy and revenue.

  • Use customer, behavioral and campaign data to improve segmentation, messaging, timing, channels and offers.

  • Share clear campaign recaps with results, insights and recommended next steps.

  • Improve workflows, templates, automation and cross-functional visibility as the function grows.

  • Use HubSpot, Salesforce, reporting platforms, project management tools and generative AI to increase personalization, efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide clear direction to designers, agencies, contractors and other contributors as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer expansion, integrated marketing, product marketing or demand generation.

  • Demonstrated success building programs that support adoption, retention, cross-sell, upsell, advocacy or customer lifetime value.

  • Exceptional writing, messaging, editing and campaign-development skills.

  • Strong integrated campaign experience across email, content, webinars, landing pages, in-product communications, events and sales enablement.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.

  • Experience using customer and campaign data to develop segments, identify opportunities and improve performance.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, project management systems and reporting dashboards.

  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to provide clear direction on messaging, design and campaign assets.

  • A proactive, collaborative working style and the ability to bring structure and momentum to evolving priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare or dental technology, fintech, payments or another recurring-revenue environment is preferred. Familiarity with product-usage data, lifecycle triggers, customer success platforms, generative AI or agency and contractor management is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you’ll establish a clear customer marketing and expansion strategy, launch targeted programs that improve adoption and customer growth, strengthen customer advocacy and create a more connected, scalable partnership across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Product.

Most importantly, you’ll help us communicate with customers in ways that feel relevant and valuable—strengthening their relationship with Curve while creating meaningful opportunities for growth.
