Uplift Hub Social Work is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This position allows for a flexible work arrangement, with the majority of services provided through telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ needs, challenges, and personal goals.
• Develop tailored therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate individual therapy, group sessions, and family consultations using an empathetic and culturally sensitive approach.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive holistic and effective care through an integrated approach.
• Participate in continuous professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health trends and research.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Uplift Hub Social Work, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to serving underrepresented communities ensures that you will play a crucial role in providing care to those with limited access to mental health resources.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a community setting or telehealth environment.
• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse recovery, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience collaborating with a healthcare team to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with opportunities to adjust based on caseload and experience.
