Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ needs, challenges, and personal goals.
  • Develop tailored therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Facilitate individual therapy, group sessions, and family consultations using an empathetic and culturally sensitive approach.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive holistic and effective care through an integrated approach.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Uplift Hub Social Work, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
