HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise -- one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project's HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation and maintenance including our employees, suppliers, customers and end users.
Description
The Parts Sales Representative will be a self-starting individual that provide clients with outstanding customer service. This will include, but not limited to, identifying replacement and warranty parts, tracking, inventory control and shipping parts from our San Antonio, Texas office.
Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:
*Works on a team with the Outside Salesman for the Parts Department to support multiple product lines represented by HTS Central Texas.
*Possesses a mechanical comprehension of HVAC systems needed to establish a solution for customer's replacement parts and equipment needs.
*Establish and maintain good relationships with customers by meeting their expectations.
*Retain customer satisfaction by assisting customers with identifying parts, providing quotes and processing orders.
*Fulfillment of sales orders, which includes, placing orders with manufactures, track shipping and complete invoicing for processed orders.
*Maintain warehouse and show room inventory accuracy.
*Stocks warehouse and Parts Department show room with parts and supplies.
*Inform customers on any updates and bulletins supplied by manufactures.
*Coordinate shipping and receiving of freight for Parts Department related supplies and equipment.
*Accomplishes warranty administration on parts for all manufactures.
*Executes freight claims for damaged goods.
Requirements:
*Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Construction or Parts Industry experience.
*Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
*Strong PC skills in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
*Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
*Frequently lift up to 50lbs.
