Description
The HC/MC-130J Instructor Pilot w accomplish the full range of aircrew academic and simulator instruction in the HC-130J and MC-130J aircraft and mission sets.
  • Apply varied instructional and learning theories and practices to mentor and instruct technically exact material, demanding processes, and strict adherence to instructions and regulations.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the assessment of existing lessons and development of curriculum for new lessons as required
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge to instruct basic qualification, refresher, and instructor upgrade courses.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled.
Requirements
  • Must have Security Clearance
  • Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 200 hours USAF Instructor time in the C-130J, AC-130J, HC-130J or MC-130J airframe.
  • Candidates will be subject to frequent written and performance evaluations to levels of expert knowledge and instructional ability.
  • Applicants must be willing and able to work varying shifts, weekend, and in outdoors conditions as required.
  • Applicants will be subject to a US Government security investigation and must be able to obtain/maintain the required security clearance (Secret).
