Position: Part-Time Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Preschool Teacher to join our team for the 2026/27 school year.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a preschool setting and be committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents and staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a preschool setting is required.
  • Ability to work part-time hours as scheduled.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with the child care licensing requirements of the State of Michigan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and development.
  • Meet all Lead Teacher qualifications as mandated by the State of Michigan.
