HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BE/BC Neurology to join our growing, established Neurology team in Decatur, Illinois. This location is able to support both J-1 and H-1B visa candidates Enjoy suburban living with easy access to all of life's every day needs while also having the big city amenities of Chicago and St. Louis within driving distance.
HSHS Medical Group is a multispecialty medical group made up of over 350 providers across 60 clinics throughout central and southern Illinois inclusive of a robust primary care referral base supporting our Neurology practices. HSHS Medical Group is an affiliate of Hospital Sisters Health System, which is a Catholic, non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system comprised of 13 hospitals across Illinois and Wisconsin guided by our mission and grounded in modern best practices.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
