Responsibilities:
  • Conduct management reviews of the Quality System
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions
  • Prepares and leads organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits
  • Provides leadership oversight and governance for site-level HSE programs, ensuring effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team
  • Ensure effective site level review and analyzation of HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in quality management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, ISO standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • General demonstrated knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards
