Summary

The Senior Integration Analyst Developer serves as the technical lead for integrations, automation, and system enhancements within the Infor HRT Payroll ecosystem. This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting complex interfaces and workflows that ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant Payroll operations. The position partners closely with Payroll/Finance, HR, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize business processes, and maintain system stability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Technical Engineering

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Infor Process Automation (IPA), Infor ION API, and related Infor OS tools.
  • Build and support inbound/outbound interfaces between Infor Payroll and thirdparty systems (timekeeping, benefits, tax, banking, etc.).
  • Develop data mapping, transformation logic, and technical specifications for new and existing integrations.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies using Async and Work Units.

Payroll System Support

  • Provide advanced technical support for Payroll processes, including pay cycles, retro pay, adjustments, garnishments, and yearend Regulatory activities (IRS Submission methods for W2, ACA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Payroll leadership & SMEs to analyze issues, validate results, and implement system improvements.
  • Support configuration updates, regression testing, and release management for Payroll modules.

Analysis, Design & Documentation

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
  • Conduct impact analysis for system changes, upgrades, and new integrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test scripts, and support procedures.

Project Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Lead technical workstreams for Payrollrelated projects and system enhancements.
  • Partner with Payroll/Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with Infor and thirdparty vendors to resolve complex issues and implement best practices.

Quality, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure integrations and Payroll processes meet audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support data governance, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Participate in UAT, regression testing, and production validation for system updates and releases.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite Payroll (GHR Payroll) within Infor FSM/HRT,
  • Handson experience with Infor IPA, Infor OS, APIs, Replication Sets, and enterprise integration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments and complex integrations.
  • Familiarity with HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Finance modules.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Infor technical certifications (FSM, HRT, Infor OS, Landmark).
