(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Nurse Practitioner - Nurse Practitioner LIBERTY, MO 64068 FT or PT We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in LIBERTY MO. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who can join us on a full-time or part time basis providing direct patient care within our HRT service. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to both male and female patients and their health and wellness goals. Job duties include management of Male and Female HRT service with Pellet insertion, injections, and peptide knowledge and we can provide training if needed for the right candidate who shows interest in these therapies. About us: Our multidisciplinary medical team combine their diverse skills and knowledge to help patients of all ages with chronic health conditions, as well as advising them about ways to prevent future illnesses and injuries. Our integrative healthcare philosophy puts patients at the center of care. This approach focuses on treating each person individually, rather than zeroing in on just a few symptoms. Duties: • Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging) • Order and review tests|labs • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises and various modalities • Monitor, Modify, and Manage patient care to include a variety of treatments|therapies • Management of Male and Female HRT service with Pellet insertion, injections, and peptide knowledge (will provide training if needed) • Collaborate with the other NP on pain treatment therapies as needed • Work with the medical assistant in administering treatment plans • Documentation and progress notes • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Requirements: • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program • NP license in MO • Experience or interest in running an HRT service with Pellet insertion, injections, and peptide knowledge. • Active DEA number • BNDD license Schedule: • Full time (Monday-Friday with office hours ending at 12 noon of Fridays) or part time (negotiable) Compensation: • $120-$125k annually (Depending on Experience) Benefits: • Bonus Compensation- production based • Health Insurance • PTO|Vacation- 4 weeks plus paid holidays • Simple IRA • License, renewals, and $1500 CU reimbursement • Professional growth and training potential (if needed) We are looking for a provider who is independent and confident, and willing to work in a complimentary setting providing high quality care with a comprehensive approach.
