Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system solutions that support HR processes, improve data integrity, and enhance the employee experience. Provides in-depth knowledge, leading projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring HRIS solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
Essential Functions
• Leads the configuration, testing, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, modules, and system updates.
• Partners with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements and functional specifications.
• Manages moderately complex HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process automation initiatives.
• Provides troubleshooting and resolution for system issues, working with IT and/or vendors as needed while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance through audits, validation, and governance practices.
• Designs, develops, and delivers HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Provides guidance to HRIS analysts and serves as an escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials for HR and end-users.
• Collaborates with vendors and external partners on system maintenance, enhancements, and best practices.
• Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and automation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience in human resources, business administration, or a relevant area
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Certifications & Licensures: Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
