Description
Emergency Physicians Professional Association (EPPA) was founded in 1969 and is owned and governed by its participating physicians. We take pride in our culture of mutual respect and camaraderie. Our culture is the secret behind EPPA's attraction and successful tradition spanning over half a century. Our physician group teams more than 300 board-certified emergency physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs), including physician assistants and nurse practitioners, to provide expert emergency care efficiently and effectively. Our providers staff hospital emergency departments across the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and rural Minnesota. We also own and staff our four Twin Cities Metro Urgency Room locations.
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing EPPA's Human Resources Information Systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for HR technology initiatives, system maintenance, reporting, analytics, compliance, and process improvements. The HRIS Administrator partners with HR, IT, payroll, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate data management and efficient HR operations. This role will be a hybrid mixture of in-office and remote.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-7 years of proven HRIS systems, databases, and system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management
  • Experience in project management and system implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of data privacy and HR compliance regulations
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle and maintain confidential information
