ABOUT US

RideNow Group is the largest publicly traded powersports dealership network in the United States, operating approximately 50+ locations across multiple states (NASDAQ: RDNW).

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategy, administration, and optimization of RideNow Powersports Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role serves as the primary system owner, ensuring data integrity, driving process automation, managing integrations, and partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations and other stakeholders to maximize the value of HR technology. You will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR and payroll processes while using data and systems to improve employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and system administrator for the HIRS platform, ADP Workforce Now, overseeing configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Manage the full HRIS lifecycle, including system implementations, module rollouts, testing and change management.
  • Ensures data integrity, accuracy and security across all HR systems through regular audits, quality checks and access controls.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT and Finance to manage system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to automate manual workflows and enhance the employee manager self-service experience.
  • Manage system configuration for core HR processes, including onboarding, compensation, performance management, and organizational changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system procedures, workflows, and end-user training materials.
  • Provide support for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting system errors and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Stay current on system updates, releases, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
  • Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, including ADP, contractors, support tickets and roadmap discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience administering and managing HRIS platforms, with at least 2 years hand-on experience working in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in report writing, data analysis and tools such as Excel and/or business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with Managing system integrations, APIs, or middleware between HR and other business systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading system implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • In office Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays with use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Frequent communication with internal and external partners
