GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for support, maintenance and administration of various systems used by Human Resources in the administration of HR processes. Participates and takes an active role in project management related to HRIS optimization initiatives, provides direct support to end users, interacts and guides stakeholders in HRIS applications and functions. Completes data entry, maintains, audits and ensures accuracy of information stored in applicable systems. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely basis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position. All required education, licensure, certifications, registrations, and other job specific credentials must be obtained and successfully verified prior to the employee's start date.

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Computer Science Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and at least three years experience with Human Resource Systems and data bases; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel, Word and other related software.
  3. At least two years project management experience related to systems implementation and optimization
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  7. Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Masters Degree in Information Technology
  2. Five years experience with ADP or other similar HRIS software.
