What You Will Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
  • HRIS Administration
    • Maintain and support HRIS platforms (e.g. UKG or similar systems)
    • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data through regular audits
    • Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings

What Makes You Great
Education:
  • Minimum 4-year Degree (Bachelors) in related field or equivalent, preferred

Experience:
  • 2-5 years' hands-on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operations
  • 2-5 years' hands-on experience with UKG suite of products

Skills:
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to support end users
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file transfers, and data interfaces (e.g., EDI)
  • Understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user security roles
  • Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
  • Experience in a multi-state or global organization
