This internship is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field who is interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting employees, managers, and HR initiatives within a dynamic business environment.
This role will provide exposure to a variety of HR functions including employee relations, talent management, organizational support, training coordination, recruiting, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR initiatives and projects
  • Maintain and organize HRBP SharePoint site - including documents and trackers
  • Support internal communications and presentation development
  • Conduct research and assist with HRBP initiative and process improvements
  • Participate in special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
