Integrity in Action

We do what's right, period. We are honest, transparent, and accountable. We don't make excuses, shift blame, or engage in negativity, gossip, or shortcuts. We take ownership of our work and our results.

Joyful Engagement

We work hard and enjoy what we do. We bring positive energy, treat others with respect, and create an environment that is friendly, supportive, and team-oriented.

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field

Construction, trades, home services, or similar industry experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural alignment

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office

High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability

Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve processes and results

What We Offer
